Guides, prices, itineraries and calculator figures are for planning only and may become outdated. Confirm fares, availability, entry rules, safety conditions and booking terms with official sources and providers before relying on them. We do not guarantee a particular trip result or cost. Direct products and services
Any offer for an ebook, travel tool, itinerary, trip planning or booking assistance should describe the scope, deliverables and price before payment. For custom services, the agreed scope and timing in your written confirmation also apply. You must provide accurate information needed to deliver the service and check any proposed booking details before authorizing a purchase. Unless expressly agreed, we are not the airline, hotel or tour operator providing a third-party booking.
Payments and taxes
Where direct purchases use Dodo Payments, it acts as merchant of record for the transaction, processes the payment and handles applicable sales taxes. Your checkout and receipt identify the seller of record, currency and amount charged. Dodo Payments' buyer terms may apply at checkout in addition to these terms. Do not send card details through the Zingy Trails contact form. No payment integration or sale is implied merely by a description of a potential product on this site.
Cancellations and refunds
For eligible direct purchases, refund requests must generally be made within fourteen calendar days of payment. Services are fully refundable when cancelled before work begins within that period; ebooks and travel tools are generally non-refundable once delivered or access is provided, except where law requires otherwise. Third-party and affiliate offers
